How the coverage actually works
There is no zone pricing and no travel surcharge. The flat $95 covers the visit and the full diagnosis in every town on this page and comes off the repair if you approve one. What changes between towns is not the price but the logistics — a condo lift in Brookline, a stair run in Winchester, a hundred feet of gravel in Weston.
Each town below has its own page because each one genuinely is different to work in. If your town is not listed, the phone is still the right call: the edge of a service map is a judgement, not a wall.

What gets taken in all of them
Sub-Zero built-in refrigerators and freezers, freezer and refrigerator drawers, standalone and built-in ice machines, and wine storage. Refrigeration only — no laundry, no dishwashers, no cooking appliances. A narrower book means the right part is more often already on the van.

Humid stretch in July and the built-in up on Belmont Hill ran nonstop with hot air pouring off the lower grille. The fan blade was cracked and out of balance, and half the coil was furred over besides. He replaced the blade and cleaned it down, and it cycles normally again.
