Hill streets and side driveways
The gradient matters more than it sounds. A cabinet that has been levelled on a sloping floor sits on adjusted feet, and every time somebody nudges it back into its run after a clean, the door geometry changes slightly. Doors that no longer close under their own weight, or an open-door alarm on a shut door, are usually levelling and hinge work rather than a failed part.

Cubes were coming off cloudy and half formed. He measured the fill volume and found the inlet valve barely opening. Swapped it, adjusted pressure at the stop, and the very next batch came out clear.

Humid stretch in July and the built-in up on Belmont Hill ran nonstop with hot air pouring off the lower grille. The fan blade was cracked and out of balance, and half the coil was furred over besides. He replaced the blade and cleaned it down, and it cycles normally again.
