A refrigeration bench, not an appliance department
Sub-Zero Repair Lexington works on one manufacturer's cooling appliances: Sub-Zero built-in refrigerators and freezers, drawer units, standalone ice machines and wine cabinets. That is the whole book, and it is deliberate — the parts that ride on the van are the parts these cabinets actually fail on.
Lexington and the towns around it are full of kitchens that were remodelled around an appliance that has since been replaced twice. A column ends up in a run with barely a finger of clearance at the grille, or an undercounter drawer unit is boxed in beside a dishwasher. Most of what we are called out for starts there, and most of it is repairable once somebody has actually measured it.

One trade, not eleven
Refrigeration only. No laundry, no dishwashers, no cooking appliances — a narrower book means the right part is more often already on the van.

Nothing quoted blind
A number for the repair comes after the readings, never over the phone from a symptom. If the honest answer is that the cabinet is not worth the sealed-system work, that gets said too.

Independent
No affiliation with the manufacturer. A cabinet still covered by the maker belongs with an authorised provider, and we will say so rather than take the call.

What this page will not tell you
There is no count of jobs closed on this site, no percentage fixed on the first visit and no promise about how quickly a van arrives — none of those are things a customer can check before hiring us, so printing them would be asking you to take our word for it. What we will put in writing is the flat $95 call-out, that it covers the full diagnosis, and that it comes off the repair if you approve one.
We are an independent workshop. If a cabinet is still covered by the manufacturer, the right call is to an authorised provider rather than to us, and we will say so on the phone rather than take the booking.
