What this bench works on
One manufacturer, four appliance types, and a deliberately short list. Everything below is Sub-Zero refrigeration; everything not below is a trade this workshop does not practise, and will say so on the phone rather than take the booking.

In the book
Built-in refrigerators — the 500 and 600 series cabinets already in most kitchens around here, the panel-ready columns in newer ones, and the over-and-under and side-by-side configurations in between. Freezers, whether a column, the freezer half of a built-in, or a drawer unit. Ice machines, both the standalone clear-ice makers and the ice makers built into refrigeration. Wine storage, single and dual zone.
Within those four, the work is refrigeration work: sealed-system diagnosis, defrost and airflow, condenser and evaporator fans, thermistors and control boards, door seals and hinge geometry, ice-maker plumbing and harvest gear.

Not in the book
No cooking appliances — ranges, ovens, cooktops and hoods. No dishwashers. No laundry. No coffee systems. No warming drawers. There are pages on this site for several of those, because people search for them and an honest answer beats a dead end, but the answer on each is the same.
The reason is not modesty. A narrower book means the parts that ride on the van are the parts these cabinets actually fail on, and the technician arriving has seen your fault before rather than reading about it.

Repair or replace
Worth stating plainly, since it is the question behind most of these searches: a like-for-like built-in replacement is a five-figure purchase before delivery, installation or panels, so the arithmetic favours repair far more often than a showroom will tell you. Where it genuinely does not — a sealed-system failure on an old cabinet, for instance — that gets said as directly.

A band is wide because the same symptom has cheap and expensive causes behind it. The diagnosis is what tells you which one you have, and the exact figure is given before any part is ordered.

Ice cream going soft although the display still read zero. The sensor had drifted several degrees. He recalibrated it, then stayed to watch a full cycle rather than take my word for what it had been doing.

August humidity and the bin smelled stale no matter how often I cleaned it out. The drain pump was weak and leaving standing water sitting underneath the machine. New pump, a full descale, fresh tubing on the outlet, and three weeks on there is still no smell.
